A beautiful old building full of charm, with cozy nooks perfect for settling down with a drink. The spa offers a solid experience with smooth, refreshing juices, and the rooftop terrace is a nice bonus post-massage, providing a splendid view to unwind.

The parking situation could use improvement, as the muddy field full of potholes left my footwear looking like I just survived an asteroid field. Breakfast was a letdown. my avocado toast didn’t hit the mark for the price, with one overcooked egg and overall dry components. These things weren't major show-stoppers, but they did put a dent in an otherwise pleasant stay.

The Annex Classic room was pleasant enough, and the homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful touch. navigating the muddy car park was quite a challenge, and service at the bar was frustratingly slow, with staff unable to manage orders efficiently. Dinner timings were excessively delayed, which dampened the overall experience even though the food quality was satisfactory.

Had a lovely stay while enjoying afternoon tea and the cozy indoor swimming pool. Relaxing at the spa and taking a dip in the pool really helped us unwind. The breakfast could use a little more care, but it didn't dampen our experience at all! 🌟

This hotel was a proper fit for a brief pause in Broadway with exceptional value. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed dining in the lounge area where I could bring my pets. Be prepared for a higher price tag on food and drinks.

We just spent a night at this gem, and it was such a cozy spot. The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the bar area for some snacks.

The absence of a lift caused inconvenience for our baby stroller.

the lygon arms is a real treat! the building feels historical and charming. the staff were incredibly attentive, making our stay so enjoyable. we loved the cozy double room and the spa area was a perfect spot to unwind. it's also conveniently located near great restaurants for dinner.

dining could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, super comfy bed, and had all the tea and coffee you need. No minibar though, which was a pain for storing dog food. The decor was lovely with a historical vibe, nice view from our window. I could hear some noise from the neighboring room, which wasn't ideal, but overall, it felt cozy and inviting.

I was delighted by the incredibly friendly staff and the lovely baronial hall that greeted me upon arrival, making my stay truly enjoyable and memorable, especially since I could step out and visit the Broadway Museum and Art Gallery just a few steps away.
